Scholarship Program Application
Each year, the Rotary Club of Forked River provides scholarships for continuing education to students living in Lacey, Ocean and Barnegat Townships. The application is available at your high school's guidance office or can be downloaded directly by clicking your mouse on the link below. Please note that all applications are must be handed in to your guidance office. The guidance department will forward all applications to our club.
