On Friday, June 13th, the Rotary Club of Forked River inducted its officers and directors for the 2003 - 2004 Rotary year beginning on July 1st.

It was a great night of food and fellowship.  We had a few special guests including the District 7500 Governor Larry Ninerell and District 7500 Governor-Elect Pam Maguire.

The outgoing officers and directors were recognized for the outstanding job they did this year.  Current Forked River President Veronica Laureigh and Past President Bill Ridgway were honored by the club with a Paul Harris Recognition.  Veronica and Bill have done an outstanding job this year providing service to the community and continually promoting high ethical standards in both their professional and personal lives.  Bill is the first member to be honored twice by our club.

The Rotary Club of Forked River has provided assistance and financial support to the local and international communities in the amount of $129,834 in the year 2002-03.

The club would like to wish the 2003-04 officers and directors under the leadership of Paul Rizzo a successful year.
