On Sunday, June 12th, the Rotary Club of Forked River inducted its officers and directors for the 2005-2006 Rotary year beginning on July 1st.  

The evening started off at the Captain's Inn Dock Bar for cocktails and appetizers.  We then moved inside for an excellent dinner.

Before the induction ceremony started, the outgoing officers and directors were praised for the great job they did in 2004-2005.  There was also a Paul Harris ceremony as several members were recognized this year.  A few special recognitions were given out to Steve Dunham, Veronica Laureigh, Dr. Tom McGillick and Dick Ritchie for the outstanding work they did for our club this year.

Dick Ritchie inducted our new board. Incoming President Doug Ruhlin then provided us with his vision and goals for our club on 2005-2006 

The Rotary Club of Forked River has provided assistance and financial support to the local and international communities in the amount of $130,719 in the year 2004-05

The club would like to wish the 2005-06 officers and directors another successful year.
